Wired on Wednesdays (W.O.W.)

 

It is with excitement that Wednesday night fellowship and learning opportunities are coming back to Independence First United Methodist Church. 

 

Wired on Wednesdays (W.O.W.) begins on Wednesday, September 9th, and will run for 4 consecutive Wednesdays.  This is a prime time to invite your friends and family who do not have church homes!

 

Homemade Dinner will be served from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. (Free-will offering will be accepted for dinner)

 

Breakout sessions for ALL ages will be held from 6:45 to 8 p.m. and they will include:

• Nursery for birth through 3 year olds

• Christmas Play practice for ages 4 through 12th grade

• Class with Pastor Mitch - "History of Methodism" (Promise it won't be dry like it sounds)

• Group study session discussing "Believe" DVD Format - Led by Danielle DuPree, Karen Kieff, Elizabeth Schonfeldt and Sara Smith

 

It takes many people to achieve excellence for God! When we work as a team, we get that much closer.  WIth this in mind, please sign up to cook, set-up, clean-up, lead, invite and/or participate in this upcoming Fall's Wired on Wednesdays!
